Register for IAMRA 2010

Registration Fee
The conference registration fee includes an opening reception on the evening of September 26 and all sessions, three breakfasts, and one lunch during the conference days of September 27-29.  A social event on the evening of September 27 will be provided by the conference hosts at no additional cost. 
The fee required to register for the conference will depend on the date that your registration and payment are received, as outlined below.

All deadlines are calculated using Eastern Time (ET) in the United States. 

There are additional fees for The IAMRA Institute on September 26 and the dinner on September 28.  More information on these optional events is provided during the registration process. 

IAMRA 2010 uses PayPal to process payments for conference fees.  You can make the required payment using a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).  You may also be able to pay using your local bank account.  For more information on payment methods and establishing a PayPal account, visit the PayPal website.  If you are unable to pay using PayPal, contact the conference hosts at for assistance.  Payment is due at the time of registration; registrations without full payment will not be processed.  

Please note that after August 22, 2010 (Eastern Time in the United States), all payments must be made by major credit card. 

To receive a refund, your request for cancellation must be received by August 22, 2010 (ET in the United States).  For cancellation requests received through this date, there will be a refund of all fees paid, minus a US$ 75 processing fee per registration.  If you paid via PayPal, the amount refunded by IAMRA 2010 will be equivalent to the refundable U.S. dollar amount, based on the exchange rate at the time the refund is processed. If you paid by check or money order, the refundable amount will be issued by check (in U.S. funds through a U.S. bank).

For cancellations received after August 22, 2010, there will be no refunds.
